Buffalo Ridge Golf Course is a Public 9 hole golf course located on the northeast side of the Kearney, Nebraska, less than 2 miles from the center of town.

Construction of Buffalo Ridge began in 1964 and the grand opening occurred in August 1966.

Par for the course is 36. From the back tees, the course plays to 2,988 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 2,661 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 495 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 130 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 6, a 375 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 4, a 130 yard par-3.

The layout of Buffalo Ridge affords a challenge to golfers at every skill level.  You will find long par 3's along with difficult par 5's and par 4's requiring the ability to "work the ball."  Fifteen sand traps are strategically positioned around the tree-lined course to increase your golfing challenge.
